~BiG BoY UnDeRwEaR~

Just here recently Jaden discovered that he likes playing with
the blinds that are behind our couch here at the
parsonage we are living at...He only can stand for about
 20 seconds
without any support but I was able to snap a couple of quick
snapshots of him wearing his BiG BoY UnDeRwEaR

The other day some friends of ours stopped by to visit Jaden. Not only did they just stop by they brought with them a gift for him, some BiG BoY UnDeRwEaR, Toy Story 3 underwear to be exact.

They said even though Jaden's not potty-trained yet, he's still a big boy and can wear them over his diaper.

MaryJane said that she used to do that for her kids when they were little and before they were potty-trained to make them feel big. She asked me had we ever thought to do this, and I said no. We had never thought about buying little underwear to put over his diaper.

After they left James and I just looked at each other and said, isn't it something that someone would go out of there way to buy your little boy something to make him feel and look like a big boy. We couldn't wait to see how he'd look in them, so we put them on right away. The underwear really did make him look like a BIG BOY and tears filled our eyes. All our friends that were pregnant with us at the same time, there little one's are getting worked with now on this huge milestone of being potty-trained "No More Diapers", you know at 2 1/2 years and especially before turning 3 they should be potty-trained. We know that Jaden will not accomplish this milestone by way of the Goal Charts for a Normal Little Toddler but he sure does look Super Cute in his new little underwear over his diaper.
