when I look at this picture it brings tears to my eyes...just to see him holding this
Special Crayon...this is HUGE for Jaden...he has never wanted to hold anything
in his hand before much less a crayon...Mrs. Courtney  would color with Jaden and then she
said that she felt him initiate the move of his hand with the crayon several
different times...We are praising the Lord for all his new teachers that
are helping Jaden learn NEW things...




Mrs. Courtney has been to our house just only 3 times so far...She now comes
weekly for 45 minutes each session...So just only after 3 visits we can already see
improvement with Jaden wanting to color with these new crayons she got
for him...before James and I would try to color with Jaden,  just with
regular crayons, he would just throw them...but now she has taught us to
let him hold the base of the crayon and for us to put our hand over his and
sing a song about coloring and slowly move his hand back and forth...He then takes off
coloring for a short time, then he wants to throw it...So we are making small steps with Coloring...
Our color for last week was YELLOW...Our color for this week is RED...
