Jaden's Head CT Results

There has been no change to the brain cyst that surrounds Jaden’s brain stem. The front of the brain is the worst place possible that a cyst could form and that’s exactly where his is located. Our Neurosurgeon was very disappointed along with James and I. As we sat there with our hands covering our faces, Dr. Moriarty said give me 2 weeks to make new plans for this terrible cyst. The past 3 surgeries should have fixed this cyst and it has not responded to any of them. So he is at a loss, we are at a loss. He even told us that the cyst size and the pressure can change the whole anatomy of the brain. If the cyst does not drain, it will continue to move the spinal cord and Jaden could start to regress and could even die from it. That’s our biggest fear that this cyst is never going to go away and that Jaden will die from it. What’s next? Only the Lord knows. We have two weeks to pray that the Lord will allow Jaden’s Dr. to know what’s the right thing to do, it’s going to have to be something brand new since the other ways that normally would have fixed a cyst like this failed. We have to pray that somehow someway what they try next will be successful and will give him some relief. Jaden‘s physical health will not progress until this cyst is resolved. He tries so hard and it kills us because we know he can’t tell us what hurts on him and how bad his head really must feel. Our hearts are very burdened and we are clinging to the verse Psalms 34:17 The righteous cry, and the Lord heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles.
