| Jaden's weight is now on the CURVE...first time he has ever been on the Growth Curve...Was very happy about this... told his Dr. must be all those French Fries he's been eating... |
Took Jaden to his three year check-up...he talked a little to his pediatrician but after the shot came he was ready to leave...Jaden has been scheduled to go to see a Dietician so we can get him weaned off of infant formula... this dietician is gonna help us to transition Jaden to what a normal 3 year old gets for nutrition even though he has a feeding tube...last year Jaden was so sick that they didn't want to change anything including his feedings with formula since he was growing and gaining still on it...but now that he's 3 and healthy they want to change him...He also has an appointment this up-coming week to get an upper GI and swallow study to check his nissan to make sure it looks ok still...He was scheduled also to see a dentist now that all his teeth are finally in for a cleaning...So much was discussed and so many appointments were made that it's gonna be busy the next few weeks ahead...But over-all he had a great check-up and we are so thankful...now just praying that when we switch Jaden to new food he will be able to tolerate it...
I thought he looked like he was packing on the pounds! Yay for being on the growth curve!
ReplyDeleteYes, so glad you can say he's on the growth curve. Lana always hung out at the 5% mark when she was younger and even though the doctor's say not to worry about it, it still makes mama's happy when they move up on the curve! Love all the exciting changes happening to your THREE YEAR OLD! :)
