Louisville Bats vs Charlotte Knights Game

Top 3 pictures of the NIGHT....

James and I had some Louisville Bat tickets given to us and we cashed them in lastnight...We took Shelby and Nate along with us and had an AWESOME time. We wanted to take them before school started, which it starts this coming Thursday....This was our first time ever going to watch the RiverBats play, and we will definitely be going back...

In the car...on the way up to Louisville

Thanks Mollie for the tickets...we had so much fun and made some great memories....

arriving at the stadium...The kids was so excited you could hear the crowd from the parking lot.

Inside the Lobby...

The weather was perfect, sunny, mid 70's, and a steady breeze, the only thing missing was James, Nate, and Shelby forgot their sunglasses.....

The game was about to start....

someone played the trumpet for the National Anthem and it was amazing....

Batter up.....

Play Ball......

We have passed by this stadium a million times and it's so much bigger than we had ever dreamed...

The teams Water Dog...He carries the players water bottles out to them in a basket...

Nate sporting off his new RiverBats backpack. The team gave these out to all the kids that was gonna participate in the "Kids Run The Bases" after the game...

Way to Go RiverBats.....

We Won 8 to 5....

After the game all the kids got to participate in "Kids Run The Bases", and boy was it exciting... Every Kid in the entire stadium ran the bases. Shelby and Nate couldn't believe how big the field was until that got down there on it and looked back out into the stands. James and I got to stand at Home Plate to watch and take pictures of them running and wait for them to make their round....James was so sad that he didn't get to run em'.......

Shelby running in to HOME PLATE.....

Oh she was so out of breath....That's way longer around those bases than you think, especially when your used to running bases in LITTLE LEAGUE......

Missed Nate running in to Home....

Standing by Home Plate
What an experince that they will remember FOREVER....

Sitting in the Glove......

We had such a great time and will always remember this game along with all the yummy food we had, PIZZA, HOTDOGS, NACHOS, and SNO KONES.....what's a beaseball game without that....

Take me out to the ball game
Take me out with the crowd
Buy me some peanuts and CrackerJacks
I don't care if I never get back
Let me root, root, root, for the home team
If they don't win it's a shame
For it's 1, 2, 3 strikes, you're out
At the Old Ball GAME
